Questions people ask
Do I need to understand AI before we talk?
No. That is our job. Tell us how your business runs and what frustrates you, and we will explain what AI can and cannot do for you in plain language.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is 30 minutes, free, and comes with no obligation.
Can I order without a call?
Yes. Choose a package on the Packages page, pay the deposit, and we send you a short written scope to confirm. If you would rather talk first, the free consultation is always available.
What does it cost?
Our packages have fixed prices that you can see on the Packages page, set by your billing country. You pay a 50 percent deposit to start, and you receive a written scope before any work begins. Larger or custom projects get a written quote within 24 hours, and the free 30-minute consultation is optional.
Do you work outside the United States?
Yes. Everything can be done online, from anywhere in the world, and every meeting is an online video call.
What if English is not my first language?
Proposals and call recaps can be translated in both directions. Calls are in English, and if that is hard for you or your team, we can work by email.
Do you install smart home devices?
No. You buy and place the devices yourself, or hire a local installer. James then configures everything remotely, in accounts you own, on a screen share with you present. We never hold your passwords.
